With experts from CatholicCare Sydney, Catholic Healthcare, Grief Care, Australian Catholic Super and NSW Trustee & Guardian, the Ageing Well masterclasses cover everything from staying connected to community, diet and exercise; to why mental health matters as we age.
The Ageing Well masterclasses are designed to help you navigate some of the issues around ageing, provide practical advice and support along with information about the services available to you.
